COCOPEAT GROWBAGS FOR PLANTS

A growbagis a large plasticbag filled with a growing medium and used for growing plants. The growing medium is usually based on a soilless organicmaterial such as peat, coir, composted green waste, composted bark or composted wood chips, or a mixture of these. Various nutrientsare added, sufficient for one season's growing, so frequently only plantingand wateringare required of the end-user. Planting is undertaken by first laying the bag flat on the floor or bench of the growing area, then cutting access holes in the uppermost surface, into which the plants are inserted.

Some growers prefer to replant more adult plants into the growbags. In order to do so the young plants are  planted first in  Coir- cocopeat cubes wrapped with a net (the cubes are supplied compressed and expand when wetted) . After the plants have grown they are simply placed on the growbag (on top of planting holes that were made in advance). The grow bags are are 3 years UV treated with 300 to 500 Gauge thickness, inside black and outside white.
